I don't see any failure yet on the run-up, although it is slowing down here in the 11-12 area.... Per my short term method it would be a buy right now at 10.50 for a couple of points.... EDIT - Just a follow-up....the last buy was too weak and now having pulled back below the 20 period ma, I would be taking it off the table. Just in case anyone was following along....I did not trade it. Also the TICK has weakened.
