Answer: Thru marketing (celeron for basic segment and PII for high-performing) and megahertz (Celeron 266-333 at 66 bus, while PII is 350-450 at 100 bus). You think AMD will be fine if they have to price their K6-2 chips against Celeron???? Uhhh, i don't think so. And, as soon as K6-2 350s come out in any sort of meaningful volume for AMD, Intel will chop its legs off by slashing PII 350 prices. Same old story...nothing has changed. joey
