Maria Bartiroma just showed PTEK being up about 7% Today, while stating They had a large stake in WebMD. PTEK owns 12% of WebMD, Those shareholders get shares of HLTH. WebMD will be worth 5.5 billion, heard 18.5 mln o/s. BV of PTEK is 8 3/4, float is 38.7 mln. GlLevine has a post with all the details re how much this deal will add to PTEK shares at PTEK thread. I just got in today, hopefully be ringing the bell on this one real soon. With the large float it won't pop, but should move up to mid twenties in a week or two.I heard if the present deal is finalized it will add 15 dollars in value to present shares of PTEK.
