Well...this is quite interesting. I am a Q long distance user and I cannot dial out long distance from my office this morning. I called Q and they are aware of the problem. This was a planned outage. They are in the process of "changing over their network". They began at midnight last night and the changeover should have been complete by now. I am certain that this "changeover" is a final obligation by Q to meet FCC rules that apply to the merger of USW and Q. The announcement (upon completion of this "changeover" and other similar loose ends) is absolutely emminent!!!!!!! Ride the Light!!! (and give me back my phone so that I can do business) Jason
