Dear Tom,

This looks like a dynamite spot for gentlemen from the First Division of any Naval ship within 50 miles. Luckily Wayne is a lot further away than that.

Sailors like their $3 wine if it comes in Jugs. It is probably to high class for Marines if they sell wine and have art work. This will of course minimize insurance costs and the need for frequent repairs after a new Alpha Dog is crowned each night.
