because he has the right to do so? Say I'm considering an investment with them. I want to try the product before I buy. The product the offer is in the crapper. It's a bogus system, and either they don't have the know how to fix it, or they just don't care. Whichever, it is a failure of a product which they advertise is so good. picec of crap IMO.
