The question was clear. My answer was clear. I don't believe a government, state or otherwise should spend money they do not have.

Living in the world today, all federal money is borrowed. I didn't agree with Bush's spending or the whopping expenditures of Obama.

Speedy passenger trains aren't necessary and should not be purchased at this time.
