mb, since 9 out of 10 bb's are doomed for failure & one can not tell the promoters from the shortsellers w/o a scorecard i would tell you anyone can bash a bb stock w/ much success. i have witnessed her maliciuos acts against oner of my investments & the sop of discrediting shareholders who are long & vocal.
imo, if one innocent man dies, it negates the use of the death penalty. as long as unqualified, unsanctioned vigilantes target otc issues, like the promoters, sleazy offshore 'venture capitalists', boiler rooms & shortsellers do, and if even ONE , legitimate upstart co. is hurt by their actions, that is reason enough, imo, to reel them in.
