So they can spend what they haven't got, or to pull out more equity out of homes and spend it. A sales tax would be more equitable than an income tax given the large price we're paying to educate the immigrant children flow and to build new houses and roads. They spend over $ 9,000 per kid here, and over $ 16,000 for special ed, many of which are English-deficient.
