The bounce at the 50 level indicates higher highs should follow, and the primary bullish trend will continue. In this case, it may indicate we'll take out 1522 COMP, for example.

The risk/reward on the long side is substantially enhanced when this stays above the 50 level, especially after a drop and turn above that level.
