One very recent update - At the time of the referenced SEC list: In terms of criminal actions, Kraft is the fifth individual to plead guilty to felony charges stemming from these matters.

However, as noted by telephonics in #reply-5791385 on the SEXI thread, a sixth person has been added to the list:

A New York stock promoter who worked for the now-defunct Systems of Excellence of Alexandria pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit securities fraud, and simultaneously settled a civil complaint brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission. Michelle Sotnikow admitted she made $474,000 by selling shares of Systems of Excellence that she received in return for introducing officials of the company to other brokers who helped manipulate the price of the stock. She is the sixth person to plead guilty to charges in the case.
