Yes pretty stupid....wonder how many millions of tax payer dollars will be used to pay some shyster lawyer to defend this islamic terrorist? wonder also if cair will get involved in this. I'll bet they have some pull with obama. So how in future will obama determine age before shooting them? Maybe ask islamic somali pirates to carry a legal birth certificate...like the one obama has.
