This fear of more bad news is what can make the bottom. Dow is up slightly - could be a "throwover" this morning on NAS. This is where the rally starts IMHO. Been wrong many times before of course... but now things seem to be lining up... VXN/QQV can go much lower - it is way high compared to the end of the world days in 1998.
