I agree, they had to place the entire lot, not partial.

I would perfer Steve and Ed to buy stock through a placement, (.20) then to buy "cheaper stock" at market. That way, they would have to hold their stock longer...and the stock would then be in "friendly hands".

Come to think of it, wish my stock only cost .20.
