i watch ADBE from afar...i have no idea why the stock trades at the price it trades at...shorted it once and got stopped out at a loss.

my OEX observation has to do with RELATIVE strength. i have observed that on generally weak days, when the OEX is the index showing the best relative strength, the market usually recovers.

of course there will one day be exceptions to that rule, but not so far. it's another thing to watch for - as soon as the rule is violated, it can be assumed that something's wrong.
