A good example of timing is your insider trading post #6323. In it Cioffi sold ~10% of his portfolio in March '96 at a price of 7-9. I wish I could buy some at that price now. Insider sales can be helpful; insider buys are more helpful.

Looks like the smaller caps may be pulling through lately relative to the Dow. This is key to Amati's price now apart from potential good news on the wires.
