Wild ride over the past weeks. I bought more today.
A lot of MOBs: DOC, HR, HTA.
More industrial, data center, and utility.
A little more office and residential.
Very small amount of WELL.

This still ain't over, but I will ride with the market now.

I guess i timed the market, especially in my son's $300K roth ira:
(he was 100% cash 2 days ago)
i also calculated 'what if' we kept our portfolio as of 2/8/20:



i will post my 'ending portfolio' when i have the time...
