They already have manufacturing set up in Malaysia with the same company I believe that makes SyQuest products. Sanyo is already an OEM with a video recorder unit. However, Syquest has lawsuits against Castlewood, but I don't expect this to keep Orb from shipping. Iomega has been unsuccessful so far in their lawsuits against Nomai and Syquest.
