In my view BRCM has great technology - and which is very much commanding. The problem is the market has placed an extremely high valuations on that technology at this time. Also the demand (as had been expected) for all that great technology has not materialized yet.

It is sort of like this. A Mercedez class S500 is a very nice car. However if someone tries to sell that care for $1 million I say he is crazy. The fair value for the car is probaly $120K.
