Clay and Steve, didn't the rules change recently for officers and directors being allowed to sell their shares after holding them for one year instead of two years. I think this change which I read about briefly in the WSJ about a week ago took effect in the beginning of this month. This could be the reason for the insider selling. I'll try to find the article and post the contents of it. BTW, did someone already post that VTSS is on First Call's hot list for companies with over five analysts covering it and rating it as a buy.
