It is laughable that Kerry would go after Bush over N. Korea when it was the democraps, chiefly the vaunted Clinton and Jimmy Carter, who made such a mess of things that N. Korea has been able to become more of a threat. They ignored an old Republican maxim: "Trust but verify".

This maxim would never have been uttered but that the liberals were clamoring that we were being too hard on the Russians by making them prove they were complying. If liberals had had their way we would have the same problem with the Russians that we now have with N. Korea.
