Skipper---Jesus' words were fulfilled.
You said--"In any event, he was reflecting the
common hope for a savior of the Jews of that day. Did what he was
purported to have said come to pass? It did not."
Turn to Romans 10:7
"What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh
for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded."
The election were the real Jews that accepted Jesus when He came.
The true Israelites or true Jews have always been the true believers
in the Lord. Read Rom 11 carefully. The Holy Spirit show us that
in the days of Elijah their were only 7000 real Israelites--true Jews
worshipping God.
Now turn to Rom. 9:6. "Not as though the word of God hath taken none
effect.
(That's what you are believing right now Skipper. You think the
Word of God has failed because you lack spiritual knowledge
of the Word of God. A blind man cannot give you directions)
The Word of God continues. " FOR THEY ARE NOT ALL ISRAEL, WHICH ARE OF ISRAEL.
Did you get that Skipper. The Word of God is telling you that
Not all those that call themselves Jews are really Jews.
The Word of God continues in Rom. 9:7-Neither, because they are the seed
of Abraham, are they all children; but, In Isaac shall thy seed be
called.
Rom.9:8--"That is , They which are the children of the flesh, these are
not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted
for the seed."
This is very clear. It is the children of FAITH--the promise--that
are the true Jews. That is why God say in Rom.9:6 "For they are not all Israel
which are ofIsrael:"
The Words of Jesus were perfectly fulfilled in the first century when
hundreds of thousands of Jews accepted Jesus Christ as their Messiah
and savior. All of the Apostles and most of the first disciples were Jews.
They were saved from their sins and translated into
the Kingdom of God by being Born-again and filled with the Holy Spirit.

Shalom has no understanding of this Scripture and many others. He falsely believes
that the Words of Jesus have failed and therefore he looks for a future fulfillment
in the flesh of the modern Jews. He misuses the Parable of the fig tree
to cover his lack of understanding and false prophetic words.

What I have written is truth. You can print it and study it until the Lord
opens your eyes. This knowledge will grow more precious with the years as
the confusion and lies spread by Shalom and others accelerates.
They are honoring and idolizing the anti-christ. Thheir numbers and
their evil will grow until the whole world is flooded with their lies.
Then God will set up His two Olives tress in the streets of the Sodom
where our Lord was Crucified. The mouths of the anti-christ and evil
massed will be shut for three and a half years. Then the light of the
two candlesticks will be extinguished. Their bodies will be desecrated
and the world will cheer. The God will rekindled their light and terror
shall fall upon the evil.
