A very good and concise post. Voters are going to make a decision regarding their security, and his position scares many.

The real meaning or kerry's vote so long ago is that it is a fair event to use to understand what constitues something that passes kerry's definition of "global test” It's what I call a calibration event. Clearly a vote against says that liberating Kuwait did not pass kerry's definition of "global test”.

Having a large coalition, UN approval... etc does not pass kerry's definition of "global test”.

Unless kerry explains how his vote so long ago was wrong then. Also what rationale and justitification made him think it was correct. Failing this we have a fair calibration event of what will not pass definition of "global test”.

From that it is fair to ask, What the hell is kerry's definition of "global test”.
