Well, we did get a lunchtime rally. NDX cash is breaking out, but I can't see it getting through 3750, let alone making a run at the open. Still, as heinz has pointed out, old-econ is flat to green, so it may drag this junk up with it.

edit ps: If I was not clear, I will paraphrase Luc: This rally should be sold.
