To All: It is indeed unfortunate that multiple personalities with their own agendas have created such a high level of paranoia here. I apologize for the perception that I may be one of them. It is not the case.

The gentleman I quoted is a seasoned market veteran of some fifty years, a champion of the small investor, and one who has probably forgotten more about stocks and markets than most of us will ever know. He is certainly critical, even cynical, about the motives and actions of corporate insiders whose interests sometimes diverge from those of shareholders. I believe the concern he expressed relates to the further enrichment of insiders at the expense of shareholders: the issuance of additional stock and options does dilute shareholder equity.

Incidentally, this gentleman is also an Amati shareholder and has closely followed the company for a year.
