OT.

" .... this virus will behave like many others and naturally fade during warmer weather."

If there's ONE THING THAT NO VIRUS LIKES is HEAT. That's one of the main reasons that when a human's body detects an "invader" it involuntarily raises its Temperature in its attempt to kill it off.
In fact, in the days before "modern medicine" there were those who would induce a Good Sweat during the night in order to "STOKE UP" the body's heat and "kill that bug" !

"But if we don’t have a viable vaccine by this fall, next winter could result in a big spike up in cases and deaths ..."

Personally I have every confidence that there will be be a Vaccine by next fall, based on how many medical labs, etc, are currently involved in that endeavor. The challenge will be to make as much of it as possible, and as fast as possible for major distribution.

It must also be remembered that many people have already caught COVID-19 and have recovered, and more will get it over time and will also recover, thereby introducing more and more people with gained immunity. That ongoing process goes a long way to reducing the numbers that will get it going forward .....
