I'm avoiding Colombia. It is moments away from complete anarchy, which is never conducive to investment. Even the so called people's guerillas have found ways to extort money and they are losing support. There's another faction that has promised to kill every mayor in Colombia. Over a 100 have vacated office and most aspects of government in a large portion of the country don't fuction anymore.
