Jane, your post about building barns to store the grains (a parable I'd read but forgotten) got the synapses going. I read an article about Ted Turner (definitely not a Christian) recently, and he said something odd. He said that really, all the money a person can possibly need is about $200 million. That would buy all the houses and vehicles and other toys anyone could actually inhabit or play with, and plenty enough to maintain them and you as long as you live. That made a lot of sense; what made it odd was that it was coming from someone who is holding on to billions .

So, I think I'll pray for Ted to follow his own good advice and give a few billion for good causes. And perhaps for some divine guidance as to where he puts it. Ken.
