I think my concern is real. If we stay smug in our cocoon & they in theirs, a large number of Americans might well decide that Bush is the real liar in the Swift Boat ruckus. w2, You definitely have a point. I think the only way to go is not depend on the media. Each of us must make it our individual responsibility to inform our friends and neighbors. To do that effectively, we must all be well informed. This may be a cocoon, but it is also a terrific place to get information. What each of us does with that info is the key. uw
