Reading about the Russian planes reminds me of the Moscow theater incident, where Putin said one of the things I've admired most in a public leader in my lifetime.

He said in Russia, they had a special circumcision for Chechyn rebels so that they would never have to worry about having children again. I guess that makes me a cowboy. At any rate, I can't imagine John Kerry showing that kind of balls. I think George W. Bush has that kind of balls but he's been publicly de-balled to suit the PC Americans who run the news media.

I am also reminded of General Jackson, who refused to blockade the Kosovo airport to keep out the Russians, saying that he was not going to start WWIII for Wesley Clark.

In times like this, remember, leadership matters.

You can't put your finger on it, but you know it when you see it.
