Pine Valley Mining Corp (C-PVM) - Shares Delisted from TSX Pine Valley suspended and to delist from TSX Nov. 17 2006-10-23 19:22 ET - Shares Delisted from TSX Shares issued 75,732,878 PVM Close 2006-10-20 C$ 0.175 TSX bulletin 2006-1343 The following trader note was released by the Toronto Stock Exchange at 4:02 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 20, 2006: Further to TSX bulletin 2006-1335 dated Oct. 19, 2006, the common shares of the company will be suspended from trading effective at 5:01 p.m. on Oct. 20, 2006, for failure to meet the continued listed requirements of TSX. The company will be delisted at the close of market on Nov. 17, 2006.
