JC, I have not found out yet. Someone stated that they currently use Nucleus but I have not confirmed it. The QCOM site has databooks giving specs of their products but I have not had time to read through them. That is my next project on the "to do" list.

By the way, even if VxWorks was not selected for use on the MSM3000, it is/was also under consideration for the MSM5000.
I am hoping it is only a matter of time.
