Since Canion can be shorting the stock now and need only fill the shorts, it doesnt matter the restrictions. Secondly, I am sure your fellow does not support the stock price here either. The stock was at $.65 a couple of days ago. There is absolutely no justification for its price being in the $3's period. Chances are he would agree.
