i suggest you listen to the conference call. in a nutshell they have a diverse stream of revenues and the loan to value on the their mortgages is about 70%. They have increased their reserves which why they are reporting a loss. But at this juncture they dont feel its a real loss. The one relative problem area for them right now is their hotel business. OTOH they feel they are on much more solid financial ground than a lot of their competition and will be able to take advantage of opportunities as they become available.
