This is America honey. No man is above the law. The Supreme Court decided the case could proceed against the President. Whether he or you or I matter think its "fair" is irrelevant. We are talking law and facts not feeling here. The case was decided against him and he had an obligation as a citizen, as a lawyer and as President to answer truthfully and not subvert the process. He didn't. He lied abjectly, obstructed justice and perjured himself. The facts are established beyond dispute. He lied. The dress was stained with his love ick. He allowed a false affidavit to be submitted in a civil proceeding and affirmatively vouched for its accuracy to a federal judge. He violated his oaths as lawyer and President and his duty as a citizen. The man is not fit for his office nor for polite human company. JLA
