that I don't know...anyways great article in Barrons this week by Hayes...he is negative on the market until October... barrons.com ..it is still free once you register.. I believe in him...I hadn't heard what he thought lately...as usual I screwed up...last time I read his opinion he had said he would be bullish on small caps in March...Greenspan hadn't raised interest rates at that point.. the article is really worth the time spent.. bobby (WRN)
