It is my sincere conviction that both INTEL and MICROSOFT are Five Star Generals in their fields and I have don't have any preference as to one over the other. Technically since Intel has corrected at about 20%, I guess that Intel would offer a little better valuation. I have no doubt that the shareholders will approve a 2 for 1 stock split and it would probably be well to accumulate this stock now before the split. Frank
