34% of IBM's revenue is in the area of service and support with their internal system
integrator called ISSC or IGS IBM Global Services. Cisco has yet to play that angle
depending on INS and 100's of others.

upside for incremental eps for cisco!

Another difference between firms is IBM sells off the shelf software like lotus notes and
DB2 to name a few for lots of revenue. Cisco includes IOS software in cost of
hardware. lots of upside for cisco if they decide to seriously play the selling software
angle.

upside for incremental eps for cisco!

remember the services side of DEC is why compaq bought DEC, so they could go direct
like Dell.

VACATION IS A BLAST. SAND IS HOT, BREEEZE IS COOL. DRINKS WITH UMBBRELLA'S ARE FLOWING LIKE TIDAL WAVES INTO MY SOOOOOUUUUUUL.
