I am not excusing Enron and the other energy wholesalers for their actions, but nor am I excusing Grey Davis. And again, the State of California itself is one of the largest energy providers here and the State was charging the highest prices of all of the wholesale energy providers.

As far as the typical american values, one of them should be to *not* intentional make ourselves victims so that others can profit on us at all costs.
