I ordered what I thought was a RubberMaid laundry basket on Amazon Fresh and received something that was closer to a small tote basket. Wasn't what I wanted.

I put in another grocery order for delivery tomorrow, so I called Amazon about returning the "laundry" basket to the delivery guy. She said, "No, no. We will issue a credit for the item and you just keep it or donate it. We aren't set up for returns on certain items."

I pointed out that it was described as a laundry basket, which she checked and said it was their mistake and they would take steps to correct it.

No questions beyond that. Amazing company.
