RE: DOJ investigation: Not only too little,too late but I doubt they will ever be prosecuted. Slap on the wrist, and/or a fine to compensate the SEC. I suspect they said nothing materially false but merely misleading in delivery and tone (which are subjective) and since they clearly had their money where their mouth was, how can they be legally at fault. It's a great gig, I have to admit. Shorting itself (and the derivatives based on it) should be outlawed.
