It makes a lot of sense when you think that Morgan gives out the "hint" that the stock is trading 50% below its full value.

If it really was undervalued then Morgan need not to make a public announcement saying so. Obviously, it's their strategy of selling away the stock at a higher price.

Down the stock goes, and it'll be hard to recover to 30 at this price level.
