James, I had to cut my ORTEL position to 1/2 of what i had. The speculative part of owning this stock appears to be history. If this deal does not take that long to close--4 to 6 months at most (guessing). If Lucent holds up, we get about 180 when the deal actually closes.

In the meantime, i wanted to free up some capital for other opportunities. Ortel has been quite a ride. Have been holding since mid 20 price range. I am sure you had it even earlier.
