Airtel has already deployed UMTS radio base station equipment in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and Seville, and plans to launch commercial 3G services in August 2001 in 23 cities, expecting to reach at least 25 percent of Spain's population.

So who provided Nortel(a Q licensee) the ASICS for the base stations??
