Kind of bothers you that there are all these documents flying around and you don't have any of them. Might there be a reason why AZNT conveniently doesn't want you to see them?

Had you seen the Brazilian agreement proving there was no exclusivity clause -- before we posted it?

Had you seen AZNT's own Stock Subscription Agreement proving there is a one-year hold, not two, on stock they sold -- before we posted it?

Had you seen any documentation whatsoever from AZNT showing that they had even received so much as a letter from the AAA regarding arbitration with WellRich -- before we posted it?

So far it's taken some time for us to get permission to post things. But, as you've seen, they do get posted. There's plenty more documents where those came from. As for anything to do with WellRich, I submit to you that Sylver has been sent whatever I've been sent. Perhaps a call to your buddy is in order so you can read it for yourself -- unless he's sore about Icabod, then, well, you'll just have to be more resourceful.

Now, here's a chance for you to avert some more egg on your face (to steal a line from jhild): You claim that Monsanto and AZNT are in active discussions with Monsanto about ToN, discussions that began last December. Have you seen any documents to show that to be true? Did you meet or call any people from Monsanto that told you that is true?
