It was the Education Sales team that made this decision... Hard to believe but true. Worried that they would lose sales to schools, the sales team (very powerful) forced the issue.... and IMO almost killed the company. Retail sales knew it would expand the market, and "while giving away a piece of the pie, it would make the pie larger. "
