Star, only thing I'm pointing out is there is no dilution from the 50mm shares on the basis of "authorized" stock. The $1.00 per share is valid as long as the current shares "outstanding" are not increased. Since BG is negotiating a purchase, he'll need either cash or stock, or both to carry it off. Don't you agree? That's when dilution may occur! BOB O
