If I remember correctly, 120,000 shares short is about average for the company. Don't you find it strange that in February it jumps 5x (77K to 364K) in one month? Don't you find it strange that it jumps to 861,000 in March? This entire situation doesn't pass the smell test. The drop in the stock price coincided with the 1997 report release and the report that Zannett registered their 10 million shares.
