IMO there are no set rules on this. I am heavily into this stock, sold some at 135/8 for tax reasons, but I will follow my rule of not selling stocks that are in the middle of a deal (I have learned my lesson with MCI and Amati). At these prices these stocks, RAPT and AXNT, are very attractive takeover candidates for someone with deep pockets. The buyer also gets some pretty good talent difficult to come by now a days.
