One scenario that would turn out to be a very positive outcome is:
* ITC gives ruling with a lot of teeth that is designed to be hurtful to Q
* ITC teethy ruling sets precedent for Nok and forces Nok to cave earlier with their willful infringement on fundamental patents
* This is the hope part, Q has some workaround/disables the brcm feature on phones with low business impact.

It seems contradictory to want an impotent ITC with the brcm case and a strong ITC against Nok. A strong brcm ruling says any nok ruling will be stronger. A weak brcm ruling lets Nok keep fooling around. So if this all makes sense, a strong ITC ruling is very good if Q has a brcm power-saving workaround/backup plan.

So what is the backup plan/workaround? Would love anything of substance on this beyond Q's statement that they are working on it. Roy
